摘要
铝型材厂废液属于危险废物,处置不当容易造成环境污染,合理地将其利用是减少环境排放量的有效手段。以铝型材厂废液、七水硫酸亚铁为原料,以氯酸钠氧化、磷酸二氢钠作为稳定剂,合成了新型无机高分子絮凝剂聚合硫酸铝铁,并进行了混凝试验。本工艺成本低廉、工艺简单,且利用了废液,达到资源综合利用的目的,值得进行推广。
The waste liquid of aluminum profile industry belongs to hazardous waste.If no suitable treatment will be taken,it cer-tainly will do harm to the environment.Appropriate use of these waste is favorable to reduce environmental discharge.In this paper the waste liquid of aluminum profile industry and iron vitriol(FeSO4.7H2O)were taken as raw material,oxidized with sodium hy-pochlorite.Sodium dihydrogen phosphate was used as stabilizer.A new type of inorganic polymer flocculant polyferric aluminium sulfate was synthesized.Also the coagulation test with this new flocculant was carried out.This method has simple process and low cost,and the waste liquid of aluminum profile industry was used.The purpose of comprehensive utilization of resources is achieved.In hence,this method is worthy of being applied.
