摘要
为了实现结构化运动器材的高精度检测,提出基于误差分析的结构化运动器材精度智能检测方法。构建结构化运动器材的有限元分析模型,采用双目视觉分析方法进行结构化运动器材轮廓误差测量,建立结构化运动器材的同步触发双目相机采集模型,采用结构化参数融合方法进行运动器材精度智能检测过程中的信息融合处理,经特征匹配和误差修正,进行结构化运动器材精度测量过程中的自适应反馈调节,结合偏心补偿方法准确定位结构化运动器材的特征区域,实现误差自动调整和高精度测量,提高运动器材的机械性能。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行结构化运动器材检测的精度较高而误差较小。
In order to realize the high-precision detection of structured sports equipment,an accurate intelligent detection method for structured sports equipment based on error analysis was proposed in this paper.Constructing a finite element analysis model of structured sports equipment,using binocular visual analysis method to measure the contour error of structured sports equipment,establishing a synchronous trigger binocular camera acquisition model of structured sports equipment,and adopting structured parameter fusion method for sports equipment precision the information fusion processing in the intelligent detection process,through the feature matching and error correction,adaptive feedback adjustment in the process of structural motion equipment accuracy measurement,combined with the eccentricity compensation method to accurately locate the characteristic area of the structured sports equipment,to achieve automatic error adjustment and high-precision measurement to improve the mechanical performance of sports equipment.The simulation results showed that the accuracy of the detection of structured sports equipment is higher and the error is smaller.
