白腐真菌对甲基蓝的脱色 被引量:1

摘要 采用实验室筛选到的白腐真菌去除甲基蓝,考察了温度、pH值、染料浓度、外加碳源等条件对甲基蓝脱色效果的影响。结果表明该白腐真菌去除甲基蓝的较优条件如下:温度为30℃,pH值为6,甲基蓝质量浓度为50 mg/L,葡萄糖质量浓度为0.2 g/L。在此条件下,甲基蓝模拟废水经白腐真菌处理后,脱色率达78.9%。 A strain of white rot fungus was obtained by naturally screening from rotten wood.The decolorization experiment for methyl blue by the strain was performed.Influencing factors such as temperature,pH,the concentration of methyl blue and the dose of glucose added were investigated by the single-factor experiment method.It has been showed that under the optimum decolorization conditions(30℃,pH value is 6,the dye concentration of 50 mg/L,the dose of glucose added of 0.2 g/L),the decolorization rate of methyl blue by the strain reached 78.9%.
