摘要
以微晶纤维素(MCC)为基体材料、碳纳米管(CNTs)为光热转换材料,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备出用于太阳能水蒸发的碳纳米管/多孔纤维素凝胶材料(CNTs-PCG)。扫描电镜图像显示该材料具有蜂窝状的多级孔隙,可以快速吸水。太阳能水蒸发测试和红外热像测试显示该材料在1 kW/m 2的光照强度下,具有优异的蒸发性能与较高的蒸发效率:当CNTs质量分数为0.2%时,CNTs-PCG最高的水蒸发速率为1.274 kg/(m^2·h),是纯水对照组的4.2倍,水蒸发效率为82.3%,材料最高温度可达44.4℃。
In this paper,a carbon nanotube/porous cellulose gel material for solar water evaporation was prepared by a sol-gel method.Microcrystalline cellulose(MCC)was used as the matrix material,and carbon nanotubes(CNTs)were chosen as the light-to-heat conversion material.SEM images show that the material has honeycomb multi-level pores,which can absorb water quickly.Solar water evaporation test and infrared thermal imaging test show that the material has excellent evaporation performance and high evaporation efficiency under the light intensity of 1 kW/m^2,when the CNTs content is 0.2%,the highest water evaporation rate of CNTs-PCG is 1.274 kg/(m^2·h),which is 4.2 times that of the pure water control group.The water evaporation efficiency is 82.3%,and the maximum temperature of the material can reach 44.4℃.
