"Big data", "AI" and other high technologies have posed challenges to human beings that far exceed people’s expectations on "how big data knows about people and makes decisions", and also exceed the existing rules of contemporary ethics. They have become an important proposition for the philosophy of science and technology to think and explore thoroughly, and also a proposition that merits the in-depth contemplation and research of all sciences, including both natural and social sciences, and that has broad prospects and infinite time sequence with its philosophical, scientific, technical, and even religious nature. No matter what the debate on the advantages and disadvantages of "big data" and "AI" focuses on, facing the fact that AI technology is becoming more and more complex and "humanoid", human beings have established a basic consensus: the development of technology shall not hurt human life, which the bottom line.
