Due to the COVID-19,the cultural businesses of Hubei are facing problemis such as uncompensated costs,revenue reduction,cash shortage,uncertain reopening time and insufficient employment.Therefore,in order to resolve their practical difficulties and give full play to the supporting role of policy measures,it is necessary to issue relevant preferential policies to help the cultural businesses to overcome the difficulties;take advantage of the situation and turn the crisis into an opportunity to promote the high-quality development of the cultural industry;improve the government's governance capability and the level of quality management and services;and eliminate panic and rebuild confidence,and resume production and stimulate the market,so as to help the cultural businesses,especially the small and medium-sized ones,to get through the difficulties and promote the steady and healthy development of China's cultural industry.
