评估腰椎间盘突出症患者采取脊柱微创手术治疗的临床效果及对并发症发生率的影响

目的评估使用脊柱微创手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果及对并发症发生率的影响。方法随机选取2017年9月至2019年8月在本医院接受手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者78例进行分析与评估,以手术方式差异为依据分为对照组(开放手术)与实验组(脊柱微创手术),各39例。比较两组患者的手术指标、治疗效果、并发症情况与疼痛情况。结果实验组患者的总有效率高于对照组,实验组患者的手术指标、并发症发生率与疼痛评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用脊柱微创手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果理想,手术指标更加优异,疼痛感显著缓解,且并发症发生率低,值得临床积极推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of spinal minimally invasive surgery on patients with lumbar disc herniation and its effect on the incidence of complications.Methods 78 patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent surgery in our hospital from September 2017 to August 2019 were randomly selected for analysis and evaluation.Based on the difference in surgical methods,they were divided into the control group(open surgery)and the experimental group(spine Minimally invasive surgery),with 39 cases in each group.The surgical indicators,treatment effects,complications and pain were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The surgical indicators,incidence of complications,and pain scores were lower in the experimental group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of minimally invasive spinal surgery on lumbar disc herniation is ideal,the surgical indicators are better,the pain is significantly relieved,and the incidence of complications is low,which is worthy of active popularization and application in the clinic.
