个体化康复治疗对精神分裂症患者生活质量及疗效的影响

The effect of individual rehabilitation on the quality of life and curative effect of schizophrenics

目的探讨观察个体化康复治疗对精神分裂症患者生活质量及疗效的影响。方法选择2017年8月至2019年10月本院收治的60例精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组与实验组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗,实验组给予个体化康复治疗。对比观察临床疗效,并且评价患者生活质量。结果实验组治疗后阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分及PANSS总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后FIM评分高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组生活质量各指标评分高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者给予个体化康复治疗,疗效确切,且可改善生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of individualized rehabilitation on the quality of life and the curative effect of schizophrenics.Methods From August 2017 to October 2019,60 schizophrenics admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the experimental group was given individualized rehabilitation treatment.The clinical effect was compared and the quality of life was evaluated.Results The positive symptom score,negative symptom score and PANSS total score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the FIM score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the life quality index score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the data of the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized rehabilitation therapy is effective for schizophrenic patients,and can improve their quality of life.
