阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜息肉及子宫内膜癌的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound for endometrial polyps and endometrial cancer

目的探讨阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜息肉及子宫内膜癌的诊断价值。方法选择本院于2018年6月至2019年6月收治的子宫内膜息肉及子宫内膜癌患者各40例作为研究对象,均经病理活检确诊,统计两组患者应用阴道彩色多普勒超声的诊断符合率,对比不同病症患者经阴道彩超显示血流情况。结果所有患者经阴道彩超诊断,子宫内膜息肉检出符合率90.0%,子宫内膜癌检出符合率为95.0%。子宫内膜癌患者子宫内膜厚度明显高于子宫内膜息肉患者,但病灶内部回声均匀占比、内膜与肌层分界清晰占比低于子宫内膜息肉患者;且血流分布Ⅱ、Ⅲ级占比明显高于子宫内膜息肉患者,其血流信号更丰富,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对子宫内膜息肉及子宫内膜癌患者应用阴道彩色多普勒超声进行诊断,可保证早期疾病鉴别诊断符合率,清晰观察病灶部位情况,为临床诊疗、预后工作展开提供参考依据。

Objective To probe into the diagnostic value of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound for endometrial polyps and endometrial cancer.Methods 40 cases of patients with endometrial polyps and 40 cases of patients with endometrial cancer and who treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research subjects,and all patients were confirmed by pathological biopsy.Then,the diagnostic accuracy of two groups were statistically analyzed,and the blood flow of patients with different diseases were compared.Results All the patients were diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound,the coincidence rate of endometrial polyp and endometrial cancer was 90.0%and 95.0%,respectively.The endometrial thickness of patients with endometrial cancer was significantly higher than that of patients with endometrial polyp,but the proportion of homogeneous echo and clear boundary between endometrial and myometrium was lower than that of patients with endometrial polyp.The blood flow distribution of grade II and III was significantly higher than that of endometrial polyps,and the blood flow signal was more abundant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial polyps and endometrial cancer which can ensure the coincidence rate of early differential diagnosis,clearly observe the location of the focus,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and prognosis.
