阿达帕林凝胶联合多西环素治疗痤疮的临床应用体会

Clinical application of Adapalene Gel combined with doxycycline in the treatment of acne

目的探讨阿达帕林凝胶联合多西环素治疗痤疮的临床应用体会。方法选取2016年7月至2019年7月依从性较好的痤疮患者150例作为研究对象,根据患者门诊ID号,采用抽签方式将患者分为对照组与观察组,各75例。对照组单独采用多西环素治疗,研究组联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗,对比两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果观察组患儿治疗有效率为97.33%,显著高于对照组的82.67%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的16.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组4例患者复发,复发率为5.33%,对照组20例复发,复发率为26.67%,观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿达帕林凝胶联合多西环素治疗痤疮的效果比单一用药佳,且不良反应少,复发率低,具有极高的临床使用价值,可作为治疗此类疾病的首选方式。

Objective To explore the clinical application of Adapalene Gel combined with doxycycline in the treatment of acne.Methods 150 patients with acne were selected from July 2016 to July 2019.According to their hospitalization numbers,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with doxycycline alone,while the observation group was combined with Adapalene Gel.The therapeutic effect,adverse reaction rate and relapse rate of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of 97.33%in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 82.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.00%,lower than that in the control group(16.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of 4 patients in the observation group was 5.33%,20 patients in the control group was 26.67%,and the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adapalene Gel combined with doxycycline is better than doxycycline in treating acne,with fewer adverse reactions and lower relapse rate.It has high clinical value and can be used as the first choice for treating such diseases.
