摘要 目的探讨狂犬病疫苗两种不同免疫程序的接种依从性及经济成本。方法选取2016年4月至2018年1月到犬伤门诊就诊的600例患者作为研究对象,按照不同的接种方式分为Zagreb程序组与Essen程序组,各300例。对不同暴露等级患者的接种依从性和经济成本进行对比。结果两组Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级的全程接种依从率比较差异无统计学意义。Zagreb程序组的Ⅲ级全程接种依从率明显高于Essen程序组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用Zagreb程序进行计算,总成本明显降低。结论Zagreb程序接种的依从性明显高于Essen程序,而且经济成本也比较低,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the vaccination compliance and economic cost of rabies vaccine.Methods 600 patients were selected as the study subjects from April 2016 to January 2018 in dog injury clinic.They were divided into Zagreb program group and Essen program group according to different vaccination methods,with 300 cases in each group.The vaccination compliance and the cost of different immunization procedures in patients with different exposure levels were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the compliance rate of grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ between the two groups.The compliance rate of Grade Ⅲ in Zagreb program group was significantly higher than that of Essen program group(P<0.05).Using Zagreb program to calculate,the total cost was obviously reduced.Conclusion The compliance of Zagreb program vaccination is significantly higher than that of Essen program,and the economic cost is also relatively low,so it is worth clinical promotion.
