阿戈美拉汀与度洛西汀治疗首发抑郁症患者疗效的对照研究

A comparative study of the efficacy of agomelatine and duloxetine in the treatment of patients with first-episode depression

目的分析阿戈美拉汀与度洛西汀治疗首发抑郁症患者的疗效。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月本院收治的首发抑郁症患者96例作为研究对象,采用随机单双数法分为对照组与观察组,各48例。对照组单用度洛西汀治疗,观察组单用阿戈美拉汀治疗,对比两种治疗方式的效果。结果两组患者治疗前抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义;两组患者治疗后抑郁量表评分显著降低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者头晕、恶心、白细胞减少、血压升高等不良反应发生率少于对照组,但比较差异无统计学意义;观察组患者临床总有效率为97.92%(47/48),显著高于对照组的88.50%(42/48),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.852,P<0.05)。结论对首发抑郁症患者进行阿戈美拉汀与度洛西汀治疗时可有效控制抑郁状况,总有效率高,不良反应发生率低,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of patients with first-episode depression. Methods A total of 96 patients with first-episode depression admitted to our hospital from September 20 to September 2019 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random single and double number method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with single-use duloxetine. The observation group was treated with agomelatine alone, comparing the effects of the two treatments. Results There was no significant difference in the pre-treatment depression scores between the two groups. The depression scale scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05). The adverse reactions such as nausea, leukopenia and elevated blood pressure in the observation were lower than those in the control group, but there was no significant difference. The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.92%(47/48), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.50%), the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.852, P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of agomelatine and duloxetine in patients with first-episode depression can effectively control depression, with high total efficiency, low incidence of adverse reactions, and has clinical application value.
