奥氮平与氨磺必利治疗女性精神分裂症的比较分析

Comparative analysis of olanzapine and amisulpride in the treatment of female schizophrenia

目的探讨奥氮平与氨磺必利治疗女性精神分裂症的可行性及安全性。方法选取2018年6月至2019年9月本院收治的120例女性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与参照组,各60例。参照组给予奥氮平治疗,研究组给予氨磺必利治疗。均进行8周诊治,比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组患者的显效率比较差异无统计学意义;治疗2周后两组患者各分量表与PANSS总分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周后两组PANSS总分、精神病理病症、阳性症状比较差异无统计学意义,治疗4周后研究组阴性症状明显低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的体质量增加、嗜睡、肝功能异常以及心动过速发生率明显低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨磺必利药物本身作为一种有效性与安全性较高的抗精神病变类药物,在治疗女性精神分裂症方面效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of olanzapine and amisulpride in the treatment of female schizophrenia.Methods A total of 120 female schizophrenia patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to September 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into study group and reference group,with 60 cases in each group.The reference group was given olanzapine treatment.The study group was given amisulpride treatment.They were treated for 8 weeks and their therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the efficacy was no significant difference between the two groups.After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the total score of PANSS,psychopathology and positive symptoms between the two groups(P<0.05).The study group of negative symptoms after 4 weeks of treatment was significantly lower than the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of body weight increase,lethargy,liver dysfunction and tachycardia in the study group were significantly lower than that in the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion As a kind of anti-psychotic drug with high effectiveness and safety,amisulpride itself has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of female schizophrenia and is worthy of clinical application.
