The national major scientific instrument and equipment development project is an important platform to implement the national strategy of innovation-driven development and civil-military integration.This paper introduces the achievements and practical experience of China Academy of Engineering Physics in implementing this national major project.Based on the civil-military integration strategy,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the management of the achievement commercialization for military scientific and engineering institutes.
