摘要
本文简单介绍了美军红队的组建背景和红队评估体系的构成以及美军红队评估的应用,分析了红队人员的能力需求及训练,探讨了红队评估的军事价值和发展趋势,提出了美军红队评估对军队模拟蓝军建设的启示。
This paper briefly introduces the background of red team and the structure of red teaming system of the US military.Meanwhile,the application of red teaming is presented and the capability requirement and training of the red team personnel is analyzed.Also,the military value and development trend of red teaming is discussed.Finally,this paper reveals the implication of the American red teaming on the construction of a simulated blue team.
