獐子岛集团,是新中国海洋渔业发展史绕不开的名字,也是中国资本市场发展历程需要记住的痛。1958年,在距辽宁省大连市56海里的獐子岛上,诞生了新中国最早的渔业公社。渔民们把自家的渔船渔网集中起来,组成捕捞队出海捕鱼,并开始尝试人工浅海养殖,从而开创了中国海洋渔业集体经济的先河。62年过去了,那个当年的渔业公社,如今已发展成为深交所的上市公司。
