"刷脸"技术在公共管理领域的应用具有高效、便捷等优势,同时也存在不容忽视的侵权风险。由于我国现有立法在个人信息权保护方面存在的不足,对"刷脸"技术的应用存在着进入门槛低、法律管控缺位等问题。因此,应通过完善个人信息权法律保护体系,加强对"刷脸"技术的法律控制,以降低技术应用的潜在风险。

With the application in the field of public management,“face-recognition”technology has the advantages of high efficiency and convenience,and there is also a risk of infringement that cannot be ignored.Due to the deficiencies in the protection of personal information rights in the existing legislation in China,the application of“face-recognition”technology has problems such as low entry barriers and lack of legal control.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the legal control of the“face-recognition”technology by improving the legal protection system for personal information rights to reduce the potential risks of the technology application.
