总体国家安全观视角下非法集资犯罪防控对策研究--以某理财平台非法吸收公众存款案为例

当前经济安全领域非法集资犯罪以新的手段和模式愈演愈烈,其扩大化趋势在影响我国经济安全的同时进一步影响社会政治稳定,引发多重社会问题。为了有效防范和打击非法集资犯罪,有必要以总体国家安全观理论为支撑,从宏观和微观两个层次分析非法集资犯罪对社会政治稳定造成的影响,以某理财平台非法吸收公众存款案为例探知非法集资犯罪发生的深层次原因,从而系统性地提出非法集资犯罪防控对策,以期为维护我国经济安全和总体国家安全有所禆益。

At present,the crime of illegal fund-raising in the field of economic security is intensifying with new methods and models.Its expanding trend affects China's economic security while further affecting social and political stability,and triggering multiple social problems.In order to effectively prevent and crack down on illegal fund-raising crimes,it is necessary to analyze the impact of illegal fund-raising crimes on social and political stability from the macro and micro levels based on the overall national security theory.Take the case of a financial platform illegally absorbing public deposits as an example to explore the deep-seated causes of illegal fund-raising crimes,and systematically put forward prevention and control countermeasures against illegal fundraising crimes,with a view to benefiting the maintenance of China's economic security and overall national security.
