摘要
并行恢复是电网大停电事故后系统恢复供电的主要措施,而灵活有效的电网分区策略对缩短停电时间、减少社会经济损失有重要意义。首先,综合考虑电力系统的网架结构与运行特性,对输电线路加权化处理,构造加权无向复杂网络模型,并为算法提供执行环境;之后,通过对比复杂电网与无权无向网络的结构特性,结合电网黑启动过程对恢复效率的要求,将局部拓展算法进行适应性改良,并在上述模型的执行环境内实现电网分区;最后,IEEE-39节点系统算例展示了分区算法计算处理过程,验证了算法的有效性,并对该算法的缺点进行总结,为电网并行恢复分区阶段研究提供了新方法。
Parallel restoration is the main measure to restore power supply after power grid blackouts,and a flexible and effective grid partitioning strategy is of great significance for shortening the power outage time and reducing the socioeconomic losses. First,considering the grid structure and operation characteristics of the power system,the transmission line is processed with weight,and a weighted undirected complex network model is constructed,providing an execution environment for the algorithm. Then,by comparing the structural characteristics between the complex grid and unweighted undirected network,the local fitting algorithm is adaptively improved with the combination of requirements of grid black-start process for the restoration efficiency,and grid partition is realized in the execution environment of the above model. Finally,an IEEE 39-node system is taken as an example to show the calculation process of the partitioning algorithm,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. In addition,the shortcomings of the algorithm are also summarized. The research of this paper provides a novel method for the study of grid parallel restoration at the partition stage.
