Research on the Countermeasures of Accelerating the Construction of Innovative Guarantee System

融资难是当前制约我国中小企业发展壮大的因素之一,而抵押物缺乏和内外部担保能力不足又是造成中小企业融资难的困境。加快担保体系建设是缓解融资难问题的有效措施。分析中小企业担保方式的主要内容,从创新驱动发展理念出发,提出创新型担保体系建设的有效措施,对推荐创新型担保体系建设提出若干建议,以期为制定担保行业政策、促进担保行业更好发展提供可借鉴策略。

Financing difficulty is an urgent problem that restricts the development and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,and the lack of collateral and internal and external guarantee ability is the inherent disadvantage of financing difficulty.To accelerate the construction of guarantee system is an effective measure to alleviate the financing difficulty.This paper analyzes the main contents of the guarantee mode of small and medium-sized enterprises,then puts forward a series of effective measures for the construction of innovative guarantee system from the perspective of innovation driven development concept,and finally proposes some suggestions for the construction of recommended innovative guarantee system,in an effort to provide reference strategies for relevant departments to formulate policies on the construction of guarantee industry so as to achieve better development of this industry.
