Research on the Construction of University Science and Technology Innovation System in the New Period

高校科技创新体系建设的重点是解决突出问题,激发科技活力,推动科技发展。探讨高校科技创新发展中存在的深层次结构性问题,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,从科研理念创新、科研环境创新、科研平台创新、科研团队创新、科研评价创新等5个维度提出推动高校科技创新体系建设的对策。

The key to the construction of scientific and technological innovation system in colleges and universities is to solve outstanding problems,stimulate the vitality of science and technology,and promote the development of science and technology.To explore the deep-seated structural problems in the development of scientific and technological innovation in universities,under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the construction of scientific and technological innovation system in universities from five dimensions:Innovation of scientific research idea,innovation of scientific research environment,innovation of scientific research platform,innovation of scientific research team and innovation of scientific research evaluation.
