摘要
目的探讨超声造影半定量及定量参数对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值。方法选择卵巢肿瘤患者67例,病理诊断为良性肿瘤37例(良性组)和恶性肿瘤30例(恶性组),所有患者都给予超声诊断,记录超声造影半定量及定量参数,判断诊断价值。结果恶性组的常规超声形态、晕环、钙化、边界、内部回声与良性组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶性组的超声半定量参数评分显著高于良性组(P<0.05)。恶性组的造影剂通过时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),2组的峰值强度、达峰时间、显影时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。超声造影对卵巢肿瘤的鉴别诊断敏感性与特异性为94.6%和100.0%。结论超声造影半定量及定量参数能反映患者的病情,具有很好的诊断敏感性与特异性,可以有效指导卵巢肿瘤的定性诊断。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic values of semi-quantitative and quantitative parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in ovarian tumors.Methods 67 patients with ovarian tumors were selected and treated that the pathological diagnosis were 37 patients benign tumors(benign group)and 30 patients malignant tumors(malignant group).All patients were given ultrasound diagnosis,recorded the semi-quantitative and quantitative parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound,and were to determine the diagnostic valuse.Results The conventional ultrasound morphology,halo,calcification,border,internal echo compared between the benign group and the malignant group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Ultrasound semi-quantitative parameter scores in the malignant group were significantly higher than those of the benign group(P<0.05).The passage time of contrast agent in the malignant group were significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in peak intensity,peak time and development time compared between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors were 94.6%and 100.0%.Conclusion The semi-quantitative and quantitative parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound can reflect the patient's condition,have good diagnostic sensitivity and specificity,and can effectively guide the diagnosis of ovarian tumors.
