超声引导下射频消融术治疗中期胃癌的疗效及对患者胃肠功能的影响

Ultrasound-guided Radiofrequency Ablation for the Treatment of Metastatic Gastric Cancer and Its Effect on Gastrointestinal Function

目的探讨超声引导下射频消融术治疗中期胃癌的疗效及对患者胃肠功能的影响。方法95例中期胃癌患者根据不同治疗情况分为研究组(n=48)和对照组(n=47),对照组患者采取常规手术治疗,研究组患者采取超声引导下射频消融术治疗,对比2种治疗方案对中期胃癌的疗效及患者胃肠功能的影响。结果2组患者治疗有效率对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),但研究组患者的控制率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。手术前,2组患者免疫功能功能(IgA、IgG、IgM)对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),手术后1周、手术后2周,2组患者各项免疫功能指标明显高于手术前,且研究组患者的免疫功能指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下射频消融术治疗中期胃癌具有一定的临床疗效,可提高疾病控制率,改善患者机体免疫功能及胃肠功能,值得临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of metastatic gastric cancer and its effect on gastrointestinal function.Methods The cases were from 95 patients with metastatic gastric cancer in the past 3 years.According to different treatment conditions,the subjects were divided into the study group(n=48)and the control group(n=47).The control group received routine surgery.Patients in the study group underwent ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation to compare the effects of the 2 treatment regimens on the efficacy and gastrointestinal function of metastatic gastric cancer.Results There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the 2 groups(P>0.05),but the control rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before the operation,there was no statistical difference in immune function(IgA,IgG,IgM)between the 2 groups(P>0.05).At 1 week after surgery and 2 weeks after surgery,the immune function indexes of the 2 groups were significantly higher than those before surgery,and the immune function index of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The first anus exhaust time,the first defecation time,and the recovery time of bowel sounds in the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of metaphase gastric cancer has certain clinical efficacy,which can improve the disease control rate,and help to improve the immune function and gastrointestinal function.It is worth further clinical application.
