摘要
目的探讨3D打印导航模板辅助个性化非限制性肿瘤型假体重建对膝关节周围恶性肿瘤的近远期疗效。方法回顾性选择80例膝关节周围恶性肿瘤患者,根据所用手术方式不同,将患者分为两组,其中对照组采用传统的膝关节肿瘤切除联合肿瘤型铰链式假体(48例),观察组采用3D打印导航模板辅助个性化非限制性肿瘤型假体(32例),对比两组术中的出血量及瘤段长度,对比两组术后1年的并发症及肿瘤复发率,对比两组术后1年膝关节功能评分。结果两组患者的术中出血量及瘤段长度对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后并发症发生率及术后1年复发率对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组股骨远端肿瘤评分及股骨近端肿瘤评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与铰链式假体相比,3D打印导航模板辅助个性化非限制性肿瘤型假体重建对膝关节周围恶性肿瘤的近期疗效相当,但其可改善患者的关节功能。
Objective To investigate the short-term and long-term curative effect of 3D printing navigation template assisted individualized non-restrictive tumor-type false weight construction on malignant tumors around the knee joint.Methods 80 cases with malignant tumors around the knee joints were retrospectively selected and divided to 2 groups according to surgery methods.The control group was given traditional knee tumor resection combined with tumor hinge prosthesses(48 cases),the observation group was given 3D printing navigation template assisted personalized non-restrictive tumor-type prostheses(32 cases),the blood loss amount,the length of the tumor segment,the complications and tumor recurrence rate 1 year after surgery in the 2 groups were compared,and the knee joint function scores 1 year after surgery in the 2 groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss and tumor length between the 2 groups(P>0.05).There was no significant in the incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate 1 year after surgery difference between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The tumor scores of distal femur and proximal femur in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with hinged prosthesis,3D printed navigation template assisted personalized non-restrictive tumor-type prosthesis reconstruction had similar short-term efficacy for malignant tumors around the knee joint,and which could improve the joint function of patients.
