新形势下构建民办高校“双创”教育管理体系研究

On Constructing“Innovation&Entrepreneurship”Education Management System in Private Universities in the New Era

当前高校“双创”教育管理体系以“政府主导”、“政府主导+高校探索”和“政府扶持+高校探索+企业参与”三种模式为主,在可持续性、可操作性和可推广性方面有进一步优化完善的空间。因此,新形式下高校应从转变人才培养思路、加强政策协调性、搭建产学研一体化平台等方面进一步优化构建民办高校“双创”教育管理体系,全面促进高校“双创”教育工作的发展。

The current innovation&entrepreneurship education management system in universities is dominated by three modes:government-led,government-led&college exploration,and government support&college exploration&business participation.There is room for further optimization in terms of sustainability,operability,and scalability.Therefore,this paper proposes that in the new situation,universities should further optimize the construction of innovation&entrepreneurship education system from the perspectives of changing the thoughts of talents training,strengthening the coordination of policies,and establishing an integration platform for production,learning and research,so as to promote the development of innovation&entrepreneurship education.
