流产史不孕患者行体外受精-胚胎移植后的妊娠结局

Pregnancy Outcome in Infertile Patients with Abortion History After in Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer

目的分析流产史不孕患者行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)后的妊娠结局。方法回顾性分析2017年7月至2019年1月于河南省生殖医院首次进行IVF-ET的不孕症患者的临床资料,根据流产次数将患者分为A组(176例)、B1组(170例)、B2组(145例)、B3组(59例)。A组:生育过子女且没有流产经历的继发不孕症患者。B1组:未生育过子女且流产1次的不孕症患者。B2组:未生育过子女且流产2次的不孕症患者。B3组:未生育过子女且流产≥3次的不孕症患者。比较4组患者的妊娠结局。结果 4组患者临床妊娠率、胚胎着床率、多胎率、异位妊娠率、活产率、早产率和流产率比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论存在流产史的不孕患者行IVF-ET不会增加重复流产的风险,IVF-ET妊娠结局与既往流产的次数无关。

Objective To analyze the pregnancy outcome in infertile patients with abortion history after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods The clinical data of infertile patients who underwent IVF-ET for the first time in Henan Provincial Reproductive Hospital from July 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the abortion’s times, the patients were divided into group A(176 cases), group B1(170 cases), group B2(145 cases) and group B3(59 cases). The patients with secondary infertility who had given birth to children and with no abortion history were included in group A. The patients with infertility who hadn’t had children and with one abortion were included in group B1. The patients with infertility who hadn’t had children and with abortions of 2 times were included in group B2. The patients with infertility who hadn’t had children and with abortions of more than 3 times were included in group B3. The pregnancy outcomes of 4 groups of patients were compared.Results There were no statistical differences in the rate of clinical pregnancy, the rate of embryo implantation, the rate of multiple pregnancy, the rate of ectopic pregnancy, the rate of live birth, the rate of premature delivery and the rate of abortion among the four groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion IVF-ET for infertile patients with abortion history will not increase the risk of repeated abortion, and the pregnancy outcome of IVF-ET has no correlation with the frequency of previous abortion.
