思维导图引导式训练对精神分裂症患者社会功能及生活质量的影响

Influence of mind mapping guided training on social function and quality of life of schizophrenics

目的:探讨思维导图引导式训练对慢性精神分裂症长期住院患者康复效果的影响,为患者的管理训练提供指导。方法:选择2018年1月至2019年9月上海市精神卫生中心长期住院的100例慢性精神分裂症患者进行研究。按照随机数表法,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规的管理训练措施,观察组在对照组基础上,联合思维导图引导式训练。比较两组训练前、训练16周后住院慢性精神病患者社会功能评定量表(Scale of Social-Skills for Psychiatric Inpatients,SSPI)、精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale,SQLS)、Herth希望量表的变化。结果:训练前,两组患者的SSPI评分、SQLS评分及Herth希望量表评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练后,两组患者的SSPI评分及Herth希望量表评分均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。SQLS量表评分均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:思维导图引导式训练可明显改善长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者患者的社会功能和生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the influence of mind mapping guided training on the rehabilitation effect of chronic schizophrenia patients in hospital for a long time,and to provide guidance for the management training of patients.Methods:From January 2018 to September 2019,100 patients with chronic schizophrenia in Shanghai Mental Health Center were selected for study.According to the random number table method,patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group of 50 cases.The control group was given routine management training measures,and the observation group was combined with mind map guided training on the basis of the control group.The changes of social function rating scale(SSPI),schizophrenic quality of life scale(SQL)and Herth Hope Scale were compared before and 16 weeks after training.Results:Before training,there was no significant difference in SSPI scores,SQLS scores and Herth Hope Scale scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after training,SSPI scores and Herth Hope Scale scores of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).SQLS scale scores were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the score of the observation group was statistically significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mind mapping guided training can significantly improve the social function and quality of life of chronic schizophrenia patients in longterm hospitalization,and it is worth popularizing.
