从规范、体制、供给3个方面分析煤改气点供工程推进较慢的原因:专门适合点供工程的规范滞后,天然气政策不完善,天然气供给缺口大,提出了建议。
The reasons for the slow advancement of the coal-to-gas point supply project are analyzed from the aspects of standard specification,institution and supply. The specification specially adapted to the point supply project is lagging behind,the natural gas policy is incomplete,and the natural gas supply gap is large. Suggestions are made.
