直埋蒸汽外护管直管稳定性及弯头强度验算

Checking of Straight Pipe Stability and Elbow Strength for Directly Buried Steam Pipeline Outer Protective Pipe

根据CJJ/T 104-2014《城镇供热直埋蒸汽管道技术规程》、CJJ/T 81-2013《城镇供热直埋热水管道技术规程》的规定,结合具体算例,对直埋蒸汽管道外护管直管段进行局部稳定性验算、径向稳定性验算,对弯头(水平布置)进行强度验算。对不满足强度验算条件的水平转角管段,提出处理方法。

According to the stipulations in Technical Specification for Directly Buried Steam Heating Pipeline in City( CJJ/T 104-2014) and Technical Specification for Directly Buried Hot-water Heating Pipeline in City( CJJ/T 81-2013),combined with specific examples,the local stability checking,radial stability checking and elbow( horizontal arrangement)strength checking of straight pipe section of directly buried steam pipeline outer protective pipe are carried out. The treatment method is put forward for the horizontal corner section which does not meet the condition of strength checking.
