摘要
提出基于数字孪生模型的工业供热系统调度平台。调度平台先通过对历史运行经验进行总结和归纳,生成不同的调度方案,并对生成的调度方案进行遍历和预演,排除实际中无法实现的调度方案,提高调度决策的可操作性和合理性。然后,通过数字孪生系统根据优化目标对预选调度方案进行对比,最终得出最优的调度方案。针对某高峰负荷时段管网末端用户蒸汽压力低于达标值的情况,利用调度平台对全网用户的蒸汽品质(压力)进行优化。优化后末端用户的实测蒸汽压力均达标,说明调度平台的优化效果明显。
The scheduling platform for industrial heating system based on digital twin model is proposed. First,the scheduling platform summarizes the historical operation experience, generates different scheduling schemes,traverses and previews the generated scheduling schemes to exclude the scheduling schemes that cannot be achieved in practice,and to improve the operability and rationality of scheduling decisions. Then,the pre-selected scheduling schemes are compared by the digital twin system according to the optimization target, and the optimal scheduling scheme is obtained. In view of the situation that the steam pressure of the user at the end of the pipe network is lower than the standard value during a certain peak load period,the steam quality( pressure) of the whole network users is optimized by the scheduling platform. The measured steam pressure of the user at the end after the optimization is up to standard,which shows that the optimization effect of the scheduling platform is obvious.
