新冠病毒疫情下燃气干衣机的应用分析

摘要 介绍燃气干衣机的结构、工作原理。结合文献,对试验条件下燃气干衣机(具备强弱两种干衣模式)、热泵干衣机、电热干衣机的除湿速率、一次能源效率进行比较,给出燃气干衣机干衣鼓的进口气流温度及干衣时长。分析燃气干衣机的应用场所、优势及影响推广的因素。与热泵干衣机、电热干衣机相比,燃气干衣机在除湿速率、一次能源效率均表现突出,特别是在强、弱干衣模式下干衣鼓进口气流温度分别达到200、100℃,最长干衣时间可设定为85 min,满足灭活新型冠状病毒的条件(56℃条件下持续30 min)。燃气干衣机可应用于普通家庭衣物烘干、医疗机构医用织物烘干,优势在于运行费用比较低,购置价格及燃气管道安装条件是影响其推广的因素。 The structure and working principle of the gas dryer are introduced. Combined with the literature,the dehumidification rate and primary energy efficiency of gas dryers( with two strong and weak drying modes),heat pump dryers and electric dryers are compared under the test conditions. The inlet air temperature and drying time of gas dryer drum are given.The application places,advantages of gas dryers and the factors affecting the promotion are analyzed. Compared with heat pump dryers and electric dryers,gas dryers have outstanding performance in dehumidification rate and primary energy efficiency,especially in the strong and weak drying modes,the inlet air temperature of the dryer drum reaches 200 and 100 ℃,respectively,the longest drying time can be set to 85 min,which meets the conditions( 30 min at 56 ℃) for inactivation of novel coronavirus. Gas dryers can be applied to ordinary household clothes drying and medical organization medical fabric drying. The advantage is that the operating costs are relatively low. The purchase price and gas pipeline installation conditions are factors that affect its promotion.
