摘要
指出天然气计量站内高压计量模式下现有IC卡预付费联锁控制系统存在的问题,提出新型预付费控制系统技术方案,阐述总阀控制模式与分阀控制模式两种控制技术,分析了既有高压计量装置升级改造为预付费控制系统的实施方案。
The problems existed in the existing IC card prepayment interlocking control system in the high-pressure metering mode of the natural gas metering station are pointed out. The technical solution of new prepayment control system is proposed. The two control technologies of the main valve control mode and the split valve control mode are described. Implementation scheme for upgrading the existing high-pressure metering device to the prepayment control system is analyzed.
