摘要
通过对3 500 mm中厚板轧机轧制钢板过程中出现镰刀弯的原因进行分析,查找造成钢板镰刀弯的主要原因,最终确定推床对中精度及平行度差、精轧机两侧刚度差值较大、精轧机支承辊及工作辊辊型不良、粗轧机和精轧机原始辊缝楔形等是导致镰刀弯产生的原因。根据实际情况实施改进措施,减少了镰刀弯缺陷,提高了板材综合成材率。
By analysing the causes of camber defect occurred during rolling in 3 500 mm medium and heavy plate mill,the major causes of the camber defect are determined,i.e.,poor centering precision and parallelism of side guides,large stiffness difference between two sides of finishing mill stand,bad profile of backup roll and work roll,unparallel original roll gap of both roughing and finishing mill stands.Measures are implemented according to actual conditions,the number of camber defects is reduced and comprehensive yield of steel plate is improved.
