TANG Hong’s Experience on Treatment of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis

桥本甲状腺炎是一种自身免疫性疾病,尤其对女性的生殖内分泌造成极大影响,可发生妊娠高血压、流产、早产、低体重儿、死胎及后代神经认知障碍等不良妊娠结局,现代医学无针对其病因的治疗方法。唐红教授运用中医中药治疗此病积累了丰富的临床经验,认为"脾气亏虚,郁火内生"为其病机特点,治以益气健脾、清解郁热,自拟健脾消瘿汤,经验核心在于益气健脾的基础上主张清解郁热,益气健脾为基本病机,清解郁热为方中关键,取得了较好的临床疗效。文章旨在总结唐红教授治疗桥本甲状腺炎临床经验。

Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is an autoimmune disease and modern medicine has no treatment for its cause.Professor TANG Hong uses traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease and has accumulated rich experience.It is thought"spleen deficiency and internal depression heat are the key pathogenesis.The treatment of benefiting Qi ans strengthening spleen as well as clearing depression heat has achieved a good clinical effect.The purpose of this paper is to summarize Professor TANG Hong’s clinical experience on treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
