柴胡疏肝散加味联合电针治疗功能性便秘临床观察

Clinical Observation on Functional Constipation Treated by Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined with Electroacupuncture

目的观察柴胡疏肝散加味联合电针疗法治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法对76例功能性便秘患者给予柴胡疏肝散加味口服联合电针治疗。对患者治疗前后焦虑、抑郁评分,便秘症状总积分及临床疗效进行评估。结果治疗前后患者焦虑、抑郁评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后便秘症状总积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗总有效率为93.4%(70/76)。结论柴胡疏肝散加味联合电针能明显改善功能性便秘患者焦虑、抑郁状态,改善便秘症状,临床疗效显著,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods Seventy-six patients with functional constipation were treated by the combination of Chaihu Shugan Powder and electroacupuncture.The scores of anxiety and depression,the total score of constipation and the clinical effect were observed before and after the treatment.Results There was a significant difference in anxiety and depression scores before and after treatment(P<0.05).The total score of constipation symptoms was significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05).The total efficiency was 93.4%(70/76).Conclusion Electroacupuncture in treating functional constipation can relieve anxiety and depressive symptoms and constipation symptoms,and has a significant clinical effect.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
