肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的CT与MRI诊断价值

CT and MRI diagnostic value of adrenal pheochromocytoma

目的:探讨肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的CT与MRI特征。方法:回顾性分析本院20例经手术病理证实的肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤患者影像资料,20例患者均进行CT及MRI平扫及增强扫描。结果:20例均位于肾上腺,肿瘤较大,大多数信号及密度不均匀,典型者T2WI呈高信号。结论:肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤CT与MRI表现具有一定特征性。

Objective To explore CT and MRI features of adrenal pheochromocytoma.Methods Imaging data of 20 patients with adrenal pheochromocytoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed,20 patients underwent plain and enhanced CT and MRI scans.Results 20 cases were located in the adrenal glands and the tumors were large,most of the signal and the density unevenness,T2WI showed high signal typically.Conclusion Adrenal pheochromocytoma has certain CT and MRI features.
