三维适形放疗和影像引导放疗对肝癌患者生存质量的影响

目的:分析三维适形放疗和影像引导放疗对肝癌患者生存质量的影响。方法:随机选择我院2019年3月至2020年2月接诊的肝癌患者64例为临床观察对象,将患者平均分成两组,对照组患者采用影像引导放疗法进行治疗,观察组患者采用三维适形放疗法进行治疗。结果:观察组患者接受治疗后的生活质量整体高于对照组患者,与此同时,观察组患者在接受治疗过程中发生毒副反应的概率远低于对照组患者。结论:从两组患者发生毒副反应的情况来看,采用三维适形放疗法进行治疗的患者发生毒副反应问题的概率更低,与此同时,此类患者的生活质量远高于采用影像引导放疗法进行治疗的患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and image-guided radiotherapy on the quality of life of liver cancer patients.Methods Randomly select 64 patients with liver cancer who were admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 as clinical observation objects.The patients were divided into two groups on average,the control group patients were treated with image-guided radiotherapy,and the observation group patients were treated with three-dimensional Conformal radiotherapy for treatment.Results The overall quality of life of patients in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group.At the same time,the probability of side effects in the observation group during treatment was much lower than that in the control group.Conclusion According to the situation of toxic and side effects in the two groups of patients,patients treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy have a lower probability of toxic and side effects.At the same time,the quality of life of these patients is much higher than that of imaging The quality of life of patients who are guided by radiotherapy.
