超声与螺旋CT在诊断胆囊结石中的应用价值

The value of ultrasonography and spiral CT in the diagnosis of gallstone

目的:探讨超声和螺旋CT运用于胆囊结石检查中的临床价值。方法:选取我院2018年6月—2019年12月收治入院的80例胆囊结石患者,分别进行超声和螺旋CT检查,并以临床手术病理检查作为金标准,对比超声、螺旋CT检出胆囊结石的准确率。结果:超声检出结石77例(96.2%),螺旋CT检出高密度结石32例,混合密度结石23例,低密度结石7例,共计62例(77.5%),对比超声与螺旋CT胆囊结石检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声较螺旋CT在诊断胆囊结石中检出率较高,两种方法联合应用可以进一步提升胆囊结石检出率,减少漏诊、误诊情况发生。

Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasonography and spiral CT in the examination of gallstones.Methods 80 patients with gallstone admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected for ultrasonography and spiral CT examination respectively,and clinical operation and pathological examination were taken as the gold standard to compare the accuracy of ultrasonography and spiral CT in detecting gallstone.Results There were 77 cases(96.2%)of gallstones detected by ultrasound,32 cases(32)of high-density gallstones detected by spiral CT,23 cases(23)of mixed density gallstones,7 cases(62 cases)of low-density gallstones detected by spiral CT.There was a significant difference in the detection rate of gallstones between ultrasound and spiral CT(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of ultrasonography is higher than that of spiral CT in the diagnosis of gallstone.The combination of the two methods can further improve the detection rate of gallstone and reduce the occurrence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
