摘要
目的:运用扩散张量成像(DTI)、扩散峰度成像(DKI)技术评估抑郁症患者脑部改变。方法:收集20例抑郁症患者为病例组、20例健康者为对照组,分别比较两组双侧额叶、颞叶、枕叶及胼胝体膝部、压部DTI的FA值、DKI的FA、KFA值。结果:基于DTI的FA值比较,抑郁组双侧颞叶FA值降低;基于DKI的FA值比较,抑郁组双侧颞叶FA值降低;基于DKI的KFA值比较,抑郁组双侧颞叶、左侧额中回、右侧额上回KFA值降低。结论:抑郁症患者KFA值下降脑区较FA值多,提示DKI可能对于检测抑郁症脑部改变更灵敏。
Objective To evaluate cerebral lesions in depression patients using DTI and DKI.Methods 20 confirmed depression patients were collected as case group,and 20 healthy volunteers were taken as the control group.DTI and DKI were performed.FA values of DTI and FKA values of DKI were obtained values of cerebral white matter in the bilateral frontal lobethe bilateral temporal lobe and the occipital lobe,the genu of corpus callosum and the splenium corporis callosi.Results Compared with the FA value of DTI,the FA value of bilateral temporal lobe in the case group was lower;compared with the FA values of DKI,the FA values of bilateral temporal lobes in the case group were lower;compared with the FKA values of DKI,the FKA values of bilateral temporal lobes and left middle frontal gyrus and right superior frontal gyrusin the case group were lower.Conclusion KFA values decreased in more regions than FA values.DKI values were more sensitive to detect brain changes in patients with depression.
