X线检查对中青年慢性髋部疼痛的回顾性分析

A retrospective study of chronic hip pain in young and middle-aged patients by the X-ray examination

目的:回顾性分析中青年因慢性髋部疼痛症状行X线检查的影像表现,分析引起中青年慢性髋部疼痛的主要原因。方法:收集2019年1月至2019年11月期间到本院参加检查的254例中青年慢性髋部疼痛症状者作为此次的研究对象,年龄在18~55岁,病程≥4周,所有纳入对象均行标准骨盆前后位X线检查,经2名高年资影像医师共同阅片,综合意见后得出阅片结果。结果:本组254例行X线检查患者中,髋关节撞击综合征33例,股骨头缺血坏死6例,髋关节发育不良2例,髋臼硬化者4例(非髋关节撞击综合征所致),剩余209例未见明显骨盆骨质结构异常。结论:中青年髋痛是常见的临床问题,随着对髋关节疾病认识的不断深入,髋关节撞击综合征逐渐被认为是中青年活跃人群髋痛的主要病因和髋关节炎的早期病理改变,也是未来运动医学的研究热点。

Objective A retrospective analysis on the X-ray features of young and middle-aged patients with chronic hip pain,and the main causes of chronic hip pain were analyzed.Methods A total of 254 young and middle-aged patients with chronic hip pain who underwent X-ray examination in our hospital from January 2019 to November 2019 were collected as the subjects of this study.Age range 18~55 years,course≥4 weeks.All the subjects underwent standard anteroposterior(AP)pelvic X-rays.After two senior imaging doctors read the film together,the results were obtained after comprehensive opinions.Results Among the 254 patients,33 had femoroacetabular impingement syndrome(FAI),6 had ischemic necrosis of the femoral head,2 had hip dysplasia(HD),4 had acetabular sclerosis which was not caused by FAI,and the remaining 209 had no obvious abnormality.Conclusion Hip pain in young and middle-aged people is a common clinical problem.With the increasing understanding of hip joint disease,FAI is gradually recognized as the main cause of hip pain in young and middle-aged people and the early pathological changes of hip arthritis,the diagnosis and treatment of FAI is a hotspot in sports medicine in future.
