摘要
舞台上的民族舞蹈应该是舞者对这个民族的认识,对这个民族人与生命各种经历的认识,而这种认识也是对"民族精神"的认识。现在将舞蹈定位为舞台艺术,将舞蹈视为反映社会生活、表现创作者思想感情及审美理想的艺术。那么表演者应该如何去刻画人物角色,如何去控制自身情绪,如何去把握一个作品环境中的人和精神?即在"把控"中,控制自己的动态、气息,用最舒服、最合理、最生活、最自然的情感诠释作品。
The national dance on the stage should be the dancers’ understanding of the nation and their various experiences of this nation’s people and life,and this understanding is also the understanding of "national spirit". Dance is now regarded as a stage art,reflecting social life and expressing the creator’s thoughts,emotions and aesthetic ideals. Then how should dancers portray characters,control their emotions,and grasp the people and spirit in a dance work? It is in "control"that dancers control their dynamics and breath,and illustrate dance works with the most comfortable,reasonable,living,and natural emotions.
