互动式教学模式对护士疼痛知识培训效果的影响 被引量:2

The effect of interactive teaching mode on nurse pain knowledge training

摘要 目的探讨互动式教学模式对护士疼痛知识培训效果的影响。方法选取我院符合条件的护士120名进行疼痛知识培训,随机分成观察组和对照组各60名,对照组给予传统式教师授课教学方法,观察组实施互动式教学模式,比较两组护士的NAKS评分、护士对教学质量的评估、两组患者疼痛护理满意度。结果两组护士在培训前NAKS各项评分及总成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),培训后两组护士各项评分及总成绩均有提高,但观察组的评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后,观察组护士在教学内容、方法、手段、效果及对实践工作的指导作用等评分显著高于对照组护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在疼痛相关知识、疼痛评估、疼痛的干预措施及结果、疼痛护理的实践活动频率等满意度明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护士疼痛知识培训中应用互动式教学模式可调动护士学习的主动参与性,提高护士分析问题和解决问题的能力,提高教学效果,实现教学目标。 Objective To explore the effect of interactive teaching mode on nurse pain knowledge training.Methods The 120 nursesrandomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given traditional teaching methods.The observation group implemented interactive teaching mode NAKS scores、the assessment of teaching quality、patients satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results Before training,NAKS scoreswas no significant difference between two groups,after training,the scores in the observation groupwere significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After training,the scores of teaching content、methods、means、effects and practical guidancein the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);Patientssatisfication were significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interactive teaching mode in nurses’pain knowledge training can mobilize the active participation of nurses,improve the ability of nurses to analyze and solve problems,improve the teaching effect and achieve the teaching goal.
