寻找合适的替代抗生素的物质已成为当前畜牧业研究的热点,三丁酸甘油酯是丁酸的前体物质,具有过胃后在后肠定点缓释的特点,并发挥相应的生理功能。文章综述了三丁酸甘油酯的生理功能如保护肠黏膜、促进肠道发育、增强肠道免疫力、缓解炎症、调节胰岛素和脂质代谢、维持肠道菌群稳态、抗癌等,以及在猪生产上的应用,以期为三丁酸甘油酯在养猪生产中作为替抗物质提供参考。

Finding antibiotic substitutes has become a hot spot in the research of animal husbandry. Tributyrin(TB) is a precursor substance of butyric acid, which has the characteristics of slow release at a fixed point in the hindgut after passing the stomach, and exerts physiological functions. This article reviews the physiological functions of TB such as protecting intestinal mucosa, promoting intestinal development, enhancing intestinal immunity, alleviating inflammation, regulating insulin and lipid metabolism, maintaining intestinal flora homeostasis, and anticancer, as well as its application in porcine production are introduced in order to provide a reference for the use as antibiotic substitute in animal husbandry.
