建筑工程建设中施工现场管理浅谈

施工现场作为建筑工程项目施工的主要场所,通过对现场进行有效管理,利于保证工程建设质量,促使建设工程顺利推进。基于此,本次研究主要围绕建筑工程施工现场管理进行分析,探讨建筑工程企业在进行施工现场管理的主要工作形式,并研究做好建筑施工现场管理工作措施,以及提高工程施工建设质量与效率。
