小学语文教研活动的有效性分析

摘要 根据新课改的要求,为了提高小学语文教师的综合素质和课堂教学效率,学校应当组织开展一系列的教研活动,从教研活动中提高客养教学效果。但从目前我国小学开展的教研活动来看,实效性比较低,再加上教师实施的积极性不高。从而影响了教研活动的有效性。因此,本文小学语文教学中针对教研活动的有效性展开分析,旨为提高语文教学效果提供参考性依据。 according to the requirements of the new curriculum reform,in order to improve the comprehensive quality of primary school Chinese teachers and classroom teaching efficiency,the school should organize a series of teaching and research activities,from the teaching and research activities to improve the teaching effect.However,from the perspective of the current teaching and research activities in primary schools in China,the actual effectiveness is relatively low,coupled with the low enthusiasm of teachers.Therefore,the effectiveness of teaching and research activities is affected.Therefore,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of teaching and research activities in primary school Chinese teaching in order to provide reference basis for improving the effect of Chinese teaching.
