小学班级管理中德育教育的实现性探究

摘要 广义的德育指所有有目的、有计划地对社会成员在政治、思想与道德等方面施加影响的活动,包括社会德育、社区德育、学校德育和家庭德育等方面。狭义的德育专指学校德育,简单来说就是教育者有目的地培养受教育者品德的活动。小学阶段是学生形成正确三观的重要时期,这时期的德育教育关系着以后学生道德价值的走向,所以班主任应该发挥自身的建设和教育,帮助学生树立正确的人生观和价值观,培养学生良好的品德习惯,帮助学生在成长道路上学会做人。那么怎样在教学中有效进行德育工作的开展呢?本文主要从几个方面进行了分析和阐释。 In a broad sense,moral education refers to all purposeful and planned activities that exert influence on social members in politics,ideology and morality,including social moral education,community moral education,school moral education and family moral education.In a narrow sense,moral education refers to school moral education,which is simply an activity for educators to train the moral character of the educated purposefully.The primary school stage is an important period for students to form the correct three outlooks.The moral education in this period is related to the future trend of students'moral values.Therefore,the head teacher should give full play to his own construction and education,help students establish the correct outlook on life and values,cultivate students'good moral habits,and help students learn to be human on the road of growth.So how to effectively carry out moral education in teaching?This paper mainly analyzes and explains from several aspects.
