浅谈小学班级管理中德育教育的实施

小学教育的重点内容不仅仅在于学科教育,更加在于对学生们的人生导向以及思想教育的影响教育,即班主任在进行教学时需要对学生们进行德育教育。通过针对每一时期教育要求的不同,实际性地对学生们进行思想品德方面的指导,让学生们学会树立正确的观念,培养健康的思想,养成良好的品格。本文,将就如何在小学的班主任德育教育工作中展开几点实效性的教学策略。

The key content of primary school education is not only subject education,but also the influence education of students'life orientation and ideological education,that is,the teacher in charge of class needs to carry out moral education for students when teaching.According to the different requirements of education in each period,we guide students in Ideological and moral aspects practically,so that students can learn to establish correct concepts,cultivate healthy thoughts and develop good character.In this paper,how to carry out a few effective teaching strategies in the moral education of primary school head teachers will be discussed.
