米非司酮配伍米索前列醇行无痛清宫术治疗稽留流产临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Painless Uterine Curettage with Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol

目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇无痛清宫术治疗稽留流产的临床疗效。方法选取80例行无痛清宫术治疗稽留流产患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予米索前列醇,观察组给予米非司酮+米索前列醇,观察2组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组手术时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术中出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇无痛清宫术治疗稽留流产疗效较好,可改善患者术中各项指标,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for painless uterine curettage in the treatment of missed abortion.Methods A total of 80 cases of missed abortion patients who underwent painless uterine curettage were randomized into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group were given misoprostol,and the observation group mifepristone+misoprostol.The treatment effects the two groups were observed.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol for painless uterine curettage has a better clinical effect,which can improve the intraoperative indexes of the patients and has a good prognosis,which is worthy of clinical application.
