“PBL+CBL”联合高级模拟人教学在困难气道教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨“PBL+CBL”联合高级模拟人教学在困难气道教学中的应用效果。方法选择安徽医科大学麻醉学本科见习生56名,随机分为观察组(按照“PBL+CBL”联合高级模拟人教学模式教学)和对照组(按照传统教学模式教学)各28人。以学生理论成绩和技能操作成绩评价教学效果,通过问卷调查评价学生对教学满意度、学习主动性和课堂互动性。结果观察组学生客观题成绩、主观题成绩、总成绩、技能操作成绩、教学满意度、学习主动性和课堂互动性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。1个月后,观察组学生客观题成绩、主观题成绩、总成绩和技能操作成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“PBL+CBL”联合高级模拟人教学可显著提高学生在麻醉教学中的积极性和主动性,增强团结协作能力,培养学生临床思维和逻辑思维,增强学生动手操作能力,值得在临床教学中推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of“PBL+CBL”combined with advanced simulation teaching in teaching of difficult airway.Methods A total of 56 anesthesiology undergraduate interns from Anhui Medical University were randomized into the observation group(“PBL+CBL”combined with advanced simulation teaching mode)and the control group(traditional teaching mode),each group with 28 students.The students’theory and skills operation achievement were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Students'teaching satisfaction,learning initiative and classroom interaction was evaluated through questionnaire survey.Results Objective and subjective question score,overall score,skills operation score,teaching satisfaction,learning initiative and classroom interaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of objective and subjective question,overall score,and skills operation score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after one month of training(P<0.05).Conclusion“PBL+CBL”combined with advanced simulation teaching can improve students’enthusiasm and initiative in anesthesia teaching,strengthen solidarity and collaboration ability,improve the clinical thinking and logical thinking,and enhance students'operation ability,which is worth popularizing widely in clinical teaching.
