城市空巢老人精神养老的社会支持体系构建研究文献综述——基于生态系统理论视角

Literature Review on the Construction of Social Support System for Mental Care Among Urban Empty Nesters——Form the Perspective of Ecosystem Theory

经济发展水平及城市化水平的迅速发展,使不断增加的城市空巢老人对精神养老的需求日益突出,影响着他们的精神健康和晚年生活质量。目前,关于城市空巢老人精神养老服务还没有完备的社会支持体系,且参考文献也比较少。文章通过文献研究法,从生态系统理论视角出发,对城市空巢老人精神养老相关文献进行梳理,了解到其社会支持体系的现状有微观老人自养能力差、中观家庭和社区支持网络薄弱及宏观政府政策及法律不健全问题,并分别从三个系统主体对其社会支持体系的构建思路进行总结和探究。在此基础上,提出以往相关研究存在的不足并提出进一步的研究方向。

The rapid economic growth and urbanization level have resulted in an ever-increasing demad for mental care among urban empty nesters,which has an impact on their mental health and quality of life in their later years.At present,no complete social support system for meantal care among urban empty nesterhas been estabished,and there are few references.Therefore,this paper conducts literature research from the perspective of ecosystem theory in order to sort out the relevant literatures on mental care for the aged population,and understand the status quo of its social support system including the incompetence of self-support from the micro-perspective,insufficient family and community support network from the medium perspective,and impecfections in macroeconomic government policies and laws.Besides,it summarizes and explores their ideas regarding the construction ofsocial support system from the above perspectives.On this basis,it proposes the weaknesses of previous related researches and suggests further research directions.
